How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are 2nd and 3rd generation business owners. Gerald Sr has lived in Groton, MA for over 80 years and has been a stone mason and landscape contractor all of his live. Stoneyard.com was formed in the early 1990's by his two sons John and David to supply natural stone products to contractors and project owners throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We split, sawn, package and ship all of our own products to over 200 retail locations throughout the USA.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Littleton, MA. Our stone is available for sale at over 200 masonry and building supply centers throughout the United States.
