How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grow up in Mexico my first 15 year of my life with my parents and learned the hard how to cook with my mother
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
85 percent of our receipts are from my mother's kitchen
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two: Jose's in Cambridge, Viva Mexican Grill in Wayland
