How long have you been in business?
I have been practicing law for 27 years. Opened the Law Office of Kempton P. Giggey in 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
General Practice Law Office. I represent men and women in divorce, paternity, child support, custody and property division approximately 75% of the time. Further represent accident victims who have sustained injury at work, in automobile accident, bitten by animals, slip and falls, and defective conditions. I also represent parties that have been charged with criminal offenses such as DWI/OUI, assault/battery, possession, and restraining order. Our office does real estate conveyancing for many local banks. Some simple estate planning and probate of estates.
