How long have you been in business?
Titan Plumbing & Heating was established on march 17th, 2003. We recently celebrated our 12th year in business!
What is your primary product or service?
At Titan we specialize in residential services. Which include: Plumbing, Gas Heating, Hot Water Systems, Drain Cleaning, & Air Conditioning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Upon graduating from High School, I entered directly into the carpenters union, at that time the economy was extremely volatile. Many tradesmen suffered due to the lack of work in the area. As a Union Carpenters apprentice, I realized the essential trades, "Plumbers\Electricians" etc were more apt to stay employed, due to the necessities of the services they provide. A friend of mine was kind of enough to introduce me to a plumber who needed temporary help. The plumber was kind enough to hire me full time and register me as a plumbers apprentice. I have been in the field ever since continuing my education to become a Journeymen, then eventually a Master Licensed Plumber in Massachusetts. After working for three (3) plumbing companies from the 1990's to the beginning of 2003. I decided to start my own company, and Titan Plumbing & heating was founded.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In comparison to similar residential service companies, (Not the one man in a van type of company). We provide a multitude of services,have multiple technicians, provide (and actually show up!!) 24 hour emergency services. One major difference between Titan and other providers is we strive to provide multiple options and solutions on every service call and estimate. We feel as though it isn't good customer service for us to pick and choose what product or service is best for each client. This policy allows each customer to choose what option best fits their needs, budget, etc..
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently,our office is located in Tewksbury, MA, conveniently close to the major highways of the areas we service. However our service technicians usually get dispatched directly from their homes, which covers quite a large area to allow for better response times.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and we also provide financing options.
Which areas do you service?
Titan serves the North Shore, Metro West, & Greater Boston Area. We currently do not service out of Massachusetts.
