How long have you been in business?
Malcolm G. Stevens, Inc has been in business since 1945, a family owned business passed down from each generation to the next.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary products are for the foundry industry metal casting, we are the largest stocking crucible supplier in New England. We have everything needed to run a foundry such as Ladles, Industrial furnaces for melting metal, flux, sands, Binders, Riser sleeves, Molders tools, anything you would need, we have in stock for shipment next day. We also stock for the paving industry, items such as brooms, rakes, asphalt shoes, tampers, safety clothing, and a wide selection of other items
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Malcolm G. Stevens Inc. has been a family business since 1945 selling foundry supplies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the leader in supply because we stock most items that other suppliers do not. We reduce lead times for our customers by next day shipment, Our competitors and some manufacturers delivery is 2-6 weeks. We anticipate our customers needs and always have what they need ready for shipment next day. Above that we treat our customers fair and have excellent business ethics.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently located in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts and do not have any plans to expand. We moved to this location in 2000 from Arlington Massachusetts.

We are located in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, we are located off of exit 35 from Route 3. We are close to the boarder of New Hampshire.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa & Master Card, Most of our customers have lines of credit with a payment term of 30 days.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of North America, we primarily service the New England states, but have many customers in every other state including Alaska and Hawaii...
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
William Stevens is the President and owner of Malcolm G. Stevens, Inc. He is in charge of the daily operations and has a number of employees who assist him. Everyone at the company is treated as family.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
