Montillo Italian Foods was established in August 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
We're the first known producer of authentic vino cotto, a naturally-sweet cooked wine syrup. It's used as a condiment and ingredient in both sweet and savory dishes. It's also the base ingredient found in condiment-grade balsamic vinegar. Consumers can make their own balsamic vinegar as sweet or vinegary as desired.
