Sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, retail, office properties and land.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1983, I decided to invest in real estate and wanted to learn more, so I studied and passed the exam for my broker's license. My first job was with Vernon Martin, a residential firm. I listed a business for sale and fell in love with commercial real estate and left the residential field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have many years of experience and serve our clients honestly. References are available upon request.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Headquarters is 30 Turnpike Rd., Southboro, MA.

Rt. 9 Eastbound side. Look for the big #30 on the pylon sign. The office building is set back from the road. www.metrowestcre.com has directions.

Eric Brosler, former VP of Investment Property Specialists, Inc. is the owner and founder of MWCRE. Tania Danushevsky is office manager and can be reached at 508-370-0003 x 310. Tania speaks English, Russian & Hebrew.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Office Manager Tania works 9 - 5:00 Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9 - 2:00 pm on Tuesday. On Fridays the office is usually manned, but calling first to drop off or pick up anything is suggested.
