Twenty years. Started in 1989
What is your primary product or service?
Career coaching, including resumes, self-discovery, job search strategies. Facilitating and training groups in communication, planning and career resiliency
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My personal struggles with changing careers led me to study career search strategies so I could help myself and others. Since I also prefer diversity, I am also a facilitator and trainer. Finally, I serve organizations as a project manager.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
JB Consulting has been a successful business for twenty years serving non-profits, small businesses and public sector clients. People feel as if I'm in the corner while they are in midst of career or organizational change.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one office location but often travel to client sites.
