Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
This business really took off in 1999, and we've enjoyed steady growth ever since then. By developing positive relations with the best vendors in the US and customers in the northeast, we've grown our sales offerings to include complete service for custom Jeeps and products ranging from portable air compressors, safety and self recovery gear to products that fit your vehicle, such as lift kits, wheels, tires, lighting and hardware. Even roof top tents!
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is modifying Jeeps to increase off road ability, using high quality parts that work well on the road, as well. Myself and our employees like to drive our modified Jeeps to safe and legal off road trails and properties, use them off road, and drive them home. We also perform some restoration work and complete under car repairs. Our sales department offers everything you need to outfit YOUR 4x4 to YOUR standards and we have the experience to offer the support you need to get it done right the first time.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I come from a background in auto repair, and later moved to servicing and calibrating equipment used in the under car care industry. I've owned the same Jeep since college. My experience and interest in the hobby became an opportunity to fill a niche in the local market, for a high quality specialty facility.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our specialty is Jeeps and 4x4s, but what makes us exceptional is our staff's dedication to quality work and quality parts. People recognize our high standards and efforts to exceed our customers' expectations. Ultimately, our customers are what set us apart. Our reputation of expert diagnostics, repair, modification and components are the reason why we serve customers from Maine to Connecticut and why we're shipping orders nation wide and internationally.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, in beautiful Townsend, MA. Our growing sales, service and shipping departments are providing an opportunity for expansion, so it is something our team is considering.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From Rt 495, head west on Rt 119 in Littleton for 12 miles. Turn right on Proctor Rd, we're 1.5 miles ahead on the left.

We're in the garage building with the small sign out front. Customers enter towards the rear of the building, where the Jeeps are parked.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit cards and pay pal. Baked good are appreciated by our team here, but are not accepted as payment.
Which areas do you service?
We service customers from all over New England and the north east.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Our favorite compliment is simply the smile on our customers' faces when they are reunited with their Jeep or 4x4. Return business is a huge compliment, and we're fortunate to also have a lot of referrals from customers. It's hard to pick just one.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
"Buyer's remorse is the enemy."
