How long have you been in business?
We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary all through 2015!
What is your primary product or service?
We provide yoga and meditation classes taught by the regions most accomplished and long standing teachers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in yoga at age 17 to supplement my meditation practice. In 1998, I attended the worst yoga class I had ever experienced. My friends commented that I seem to feel so strongly about this practice that perhaps I should teach. I began in 1998, opened my first studio in 2005, and took over Earthsong in 2011.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Unlike most other studios, we offer sessions of yoga. You learn over the weeks, you commit to yourself by dedicating that time every week, and your knowledge and understanding grows. If you add up all of our teachers years of experience, it would be over a century. We are knowledgeable, experienced, and respected.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We love our studio at 186 Main St in Marlboro so much so we have been there for 20 years!!!
