What is your primary product or service?
Customized engraved products and Corporate awards.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have the ability, vendors and equipment to do jobs that other shops don't have.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location with lasers, computerized engraving machines and 2 different print processes . We are now expanding into sand blasting for higher end awards.

On the south side of Main Street a block from City Hall.

What type of payments do you accept?
AX, Master Card, Visa, Discover, checks & cash. We also invoice Companies and organizations.

Which areas do you service?
Mainly cental New England. We also have customers in New York city, Texas and california.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Lou Papile, Jr. is the manager of daily operations.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Thursdays until 7:00 PM. Saturdays we are open from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
