I was importing shoes and sports branded apparel and selling on line and to stores worldwide. I was not aware that the import duties were refundable until Ed DeSousa approached me. Although the process seemed intimidating at first he guided me through it all and he is now getting us money we never projected. I makes us much more competitive in exporting our merchandise.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have worked in this business over 35 years with brokers, forwarders, warehouses, Fortune 500 manufacturers and importers/exporters and wanted to offer my services in cost savings and Customs laws to others. Have been involved with U.S. Customs audits and seen what theri costs are to importers who do not have procedures, manuals and training.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Specialized and personal service 24x7. I build relationships and partners with customers for life. Most of my customers have been with me frim the begining of our business and even those who have looked at others for lower prices have realized we are the best for the price and service.
